Off to a good start!
I can’t believe I actually started the challenge! Yipee for me and for anybody who is not only planning on taking the first step but has actually done so!
The day started pretty well with me actually drinking a protein shake that turned out to be super tasty. Is it really healthy if I like the taste of it?
Then, as promised, I did some exercise by following the beginner’s calendar on blogilates’ channel. A 10-minute workout that I thought would be easy but turned out to be brutal, almost reminded me of my time in a military camp that never happened. I did feel bad in the beginning because I thought my body wasn’t as bad but then I realised it is ok since I am working on it now.
To be honest, I couldn’t wait to start this journey so I did day 1 of the exercise program yesterday. However, today is a fresh morning and so I am going to consider today to be the beginning of the challenge!
Goal 2was to draw every day to improve the drawing skills that I let go of in the past. So, I followed a tutorial and drew a rose. It turned out better than I expected after years of neglecting the hobby.
I am going to call my parents after I finish writing this and accomplish Part 3 of today’s goal.
