Be Happy: Day 2 and 3 of 90 Day Challenge

I might have already slacked a bit this week but I am determined to continue this time around!

Day 2&3- Feeling Optimistic

The daily exercise is killing me but I am doing better than I expected. I still continue to stop in between the workouts, but that is okay since I am at least showing up to do the workout this time. I am happy with this for now. It can only get better.

On a side note, I think I should work on my memory skills too since I seem to be forgetting every little thing nowadays, including forgetting my phone inside the car. I suppose it is to be expected when you are already stressed out about so many things but I want to do better this time; at the very least, learn how to manage stress!

Apart from that side note, I am also doing better at keeping up with the sketches. I do need to draw something else today. I will probably make a collage of the drawings and post it tomorrow!

I have also moved my routine to evenings during the weekdays as it is hard to do so when you are also working. In fact, I am writing this while I am at work but this writing does freshen my mind to be more productive. So, I may end up sticking to this after all.
